Did you know that Milk has naturally occurring sugars? One cup of milk has 12 grams of sugar which equals to almost 1 tablespoon.

Did you also know that based on a 2,000 calorie diet the daily recommended amount of added sugar is 40 grams? So if you eat a flavored yogurt with 35 grams of sugar, you are eating in that one yogurt your daily sugar allowance, missing it by 5 grams.

So let me help you out a bit before you go purchase your favorite yogurt. Here are some of the best AND worst yogurts when it comes to sugar content.
